NIMS University's knowledge-sharing series "Living Legends of Medicine " had another session on 12th July 2022. Living Legends are experienced and eminent leaders, they possess amazing knowledge and experience to educate the upcoming generation of healthcare professionals giving quality education to everyone. They conduct innovative research to find better treatments and cures to enhance the quality of life for future generations.



Once again, to uphold the tradition, we organized another session of 'Living Legends of Medicine' to provide some knowledge and educate our students about clinical and surgical disciplines. We had the honour to host Dr Anurag Srivastava, Ex- Prof and Head- Department of Surgical Disciplines, AIIMS, New Delhi.

Dr Anurag Srivastava explained to the students and faculty members about 'Surgical Disciplines'. He is a skilled and acclaimed surgeon with many years of experience & knowledge and is Head of Department, Surgical Discipline at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. An expert in breast cancer surgeries, he has treated thousands of patients with his incomparable knowledge and practice. Dr Anurag Srivastava is a very qualified and proficient doctor when it comes to surgery.




Dr Anurag Srivastava was welcomed at NIMS University by Vice-Chancellor Dr Sundeep Mishra. In the session, Dr Srivastava gave a lecture on 'surgical disciplines' and enlightened our students about breast cancer. He shared his knowledge and educated the students and faculties about the various treatment and causes of this deadly disease and the evolution of surgical disciplines.

Inauguration and Orientation Program: A momentous day at NIMS International School

 On Sunday 18th of July, NIMS International School organized an 'Inauguration and Orientation program' for students and their parents at NIMS University premises. It was a fantastic moment when we were graced by the presence of Nepal's Ambassador to India, H.E. Dr. Shankar P Sharma, as a chief guest, Mr. Yadunath Poudel, Cultural and Educational Counselor at the Embassy of Nepal, and pop singer Mr. Ashok Masti as a special guest. In addition, Mr. Mukesh k Meena, Special Commissioner of Delhi Police, joined the event as a guest of honor. The NIMS International School renovated building has been inaugurated by dignitaries in the program.
